teach a man to fish, etc…

As the old saying goes: “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish ; and you have fed him for a lifetime”. Using my interactive software, we can use each session to instruct you on each course’s concepts and then you can practice (while I assist, if needed) to become proficient in that area. As “practice makes perfect”, I can assist you until the concepts become second nature.

how long does each course take?

That depends on you! Unlike most online courseware, there is no set time for each session or course. We can take the time through rote and practice to assure your proficiency in that topic. If it takes only a short period, then great! If, however, you are having difficulty, then we can work until you are comfortable with your grasp of the subject.

Some courses are more involved than others. For instance, courses covering an entire operating system such as Windows 7 are more involved than courseware for, say, ourgulfcoastgeek tools and may take multiple sessions to complete. Due to the individualized aspect of the instruction, each client’s result will vary according to their prior experience and skills.

how much does it cost?

There is no set cost for each course. Rather, I charge on a per/hr basis. This way if you are a quick learner, you won’t feel as if you were taken advantage of. Together, we’ll take the time necessary to get you “up to speed”. When you are confident that you have a good working knowledge of the subject, then our time together is over.
